Silhouette Stage School / Advancing Acro - Terms & Conditions and legal wavier.

The school requires 1 month notice if a student wishes to give up their place.

All fees are payable the 1st of every month.

Places in classes will not be held open due to non payment.

Pupils of the stage school are not permitted to attend other schools/classes groups without prior discussion with the principal.

All students are expected to wear the correct uniform for all classes, no jewellery to be worn. Hair must be tied up and in a bun for anyone attending ballet class.

Any injuries must be disclosed to the teacher by the Parent before the class.

In the event of the school being forced into closure via government guidelines due to the Coronavirus pandemic our timetable will be moved online. Our full service and classes will be offered therefore we are unable to offer refunds. In the event of us being unable to offer any class online for any reason this class time will be made up at a later date in the form of a workshop.

I am aware that participating in dance, and any kind of acrobatic dance involves inherent risks and hazards. I freely except and fully assume all such risks dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, property damage or loss resulting in such risks and hazards.

I voluntary agreed to release Silhouette Stage School , Advancing Acro, Helen Fuller and all employees and contractors from any and all liability of loss, damage injury, expense that I or my next of kin, successors or in dependents may suffer or incur as a result of participation with these activities due to the cause whatsoever including negligence on the part of Silhouette Stage School, Helen Fuller employees and/or contractors. I understand that Silhouette Stage School, Advancing Acro, Helen Fuller, silhouette stage school employees and/or contractors will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen property, or for any bodily or personal injury consisting of or arising out of participation in any physical training. If participant is under 18years the person agreeing to this is doing so on their behalf. I understand by agreeing to this that this is legally binding as my signature would be on paper. I will not claim in the future that this agreement is not legally binding or enforceable.

Covid safe procedures 

All parents & students aged 12 & over must by law wear a face Covering on drop off/ collection and when moving around the studios. These do not have to be worn by students in class. 

Tots & pre primary students must have 1 parent ONLY to accompany them to class.

All other Parents must drop off at the main door, on collecting will be allowed into the building one at a time to collect their child and exit via the fire exit at the back of the studios. 

Everyone must sanitise their hands on entry and exit sanitising stations provided at these points. 

Social distancing must be maintained at all times when inside or outside the premises please ensue you follow social distancing signs. 

Please scan the QR code for track and trace displayed at several points. 

Please ensure students come dressed for class where possible with minimal belongings.
